My only problem with Crocs (and turns out it is not unique to Crocs. Stupid Puma gym shoes) is that if you leave them in a hot car they shrink, like, a lot.
I have pretty bad and increasingly worsening chronic pain (osteoarthritis + surgical complications/outcomes) so they are life-giving for me, mostly around the house. I need lace-ups for walking any distances. The Crocs spikes are a wild idea, given that they have holes all over them!

I’m a chronic croc wearer. A friend just told me today that they sell croc spikes for the winter!!! They are just so comfortable!!!

Right! I do switch to boots in the winter, but thinking fur lined crocs with spikes?? 🤣
