I tried those French fries! They were pretty good. They turned out more like shoestring potatoes. Next time I'm going to try cutting them a little thicker & see how it goes.

I'm glad to hear the fries turned out well; I don't think I've ever fried anything in my life, which seems weird. Have never purchased peanut oil, either. Will pay attention to how I slice these babies, because I don't care for matchstick fries. Thick fries save lives!
